If cancellation is made with at least 48 hours notice… no charge will be made.
If less than 48 hours notice provided… there may be a Cancellation Fee, equivalent to one nights accommodation charged.
If NO Cancellation is made, or a “No Show”, one nights accommodation will be levied for each unit booked.
In-house Rules
We ask that guests please do not cook curries, spicy foods or seafoods in any of our rooms. An additional charge of a night’s accommodation will be charged for any room that has to be taken out of service while we deodorise it from lingering cooking odours.
All our units are SMOKE FREE, and smoking is strictly forbidden in the unit. We make every attempt to accommodate guests who wish to smoke. Ashtrays will be provided upon request and because we strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we request that guests dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays outside.
